LET'S WORK TOGETHER!
How to prepare your quilt:

Quilt backing -

The backing fabric must be a minimum of 4" larger on all sides. For example, if you have a quilt top that is 60" x 80", your backing should measure at least 68" x 88". It can be bigger, but not smaller. This is to accommodate proper loading on the longarm frame. Extra fees may apply if extra time and effort is needed to get your quilt ready to load. If you have questions, please ask!

Batting -

If you are supplying your own batting, it must be at least 5 inches wider and 5 inches longer than your quilt top. For example, if your quilt top is 60 x 80 inches, your batting must be a minimum size of 65 x 85 inches. It can be bigger, but not smaller. Again, please ask if you have any questions.

Tidy it up -

For best results, please press your top and backing so that it's nice and tidy and ready for loading. Please also clip stray threads or raveling fabrics as best as you can. You might not be able to get them all, but to prevent dark threads from shadowing through your quilt top, please don't skip this important step!
